Built for the sensitivity and complexity of women's health.
My Bloom Aura is engineered by VisionXY7, a team focused on operational AI for healthcare settings where trust, precision, and patient dignity all matter at once.
Our Mission
Women's health and fertility clinics operate under a particular kind of pressure. Enquiries are emotionally charged, time-sensitive, and often arrive outside normal working hours — a missed call about a delayed period, a question after an egg retrieval, a message from someone anxious about test results. Reception teams are asked to triage all of this manually, on top of booking, rescheduling, and day-to-day administration, and the gaps show up as missed enquiries, slow responses, and burnt-out staff.
My Bloom Aura exists to close that gap without removing the human element that women's health care depends on. It was built as a multi-channel AI coordination layer — not a chatbot bolted onto a website — because clinics needed something that could work consistently across phone, web chat, SMS, WhatsApp, and email at once, with the same clinical guardrails applied everywhere.
The product is deliberately narrow in what it claims to do. It coordinates, communicates, triages for urgency, and routes. It does not diagnose, and it does not make clinical decisions — those stay with the clinic's own doctors and nurses, exactly where they belong.
Leadership & Delivery Team
My Bloom Aura is engineered by the team at VisionXY7, a healthcare-focused AI engineering group. VisionXY7's underlying architecture also powers Dentix7, an operational AI platform for dental practices — the same rigorous approach to safe, structured automation, adapted here for the very different clinical and emotional context of women's health and fertility care.

Data Governance You Can Verify
Privacy is not an afterthought in women's health technology — it is the foundation the entire platform is built on. VisionXY7 is registered with the UK Information Commissioner's Office (ICO), the UK's independent regulator for data protection and information rights, and applies ISO/IEC 27001-aligned security architecture across My Bloom Aura, led directly by an ISO/IEC 27001 Lead Auditor and Lead Implementer. See our Security page for full detail, and our Privacy Policy for how patient data is handled under UK GDPR.
Our Approach
Every part of My Bloom Aura's triage and escalation logic has been shaped with clinical input rather than designed in isolation by engineers. Urgency classifications, escalation thresholds, and the specific symptom pathways the system screens for (severe pelvic pain, unexpected heavy bleeding, post-egg retrieval complications, high fever, and similar red-flag presentations) reflect real clinic protocols, not generic assumptions.
We chose to specialise in women's health and fertility rather than build a generic medical front desk, because the patient journey here is distinct: multi-month treatment cycles, emotionally sensitive enquiries, and a much higher proportion of time-critical after-hours contact than in general practice. A platform built for that context has to be more careful, not less, than a general-purpose tool.

My Bloom Aura is an AI Patient Reception and Coordination System for women's health and fertility clinics in the UK, engineered by VisionXY7. It manages patient communication simultaneously across phone, website chat, SMS, WhatsApp, and email in real time — handling booking, initial clinical triage, follow-up, and clinic coordination. It is not a chatbot; it is a multi-channel AI coordination layer. Clinical decisions remain under clinic supervision at all times. Patient data is never used for AI model training.
