Women's health and fertility clinics operate under a particular kind of pressure. Enquiries are emotionally charged, time-sensitive, and often arrive outside normal working hours — a missed call about a delayed period, a question after an egg retrieval, a message from someone anxious about test results. Reception teams are asked to triage all of this manually, on top of booking, rescheduling, and day-to-day administration, and the gaps show up as missed enquiries, slow responses, and burnt-out staff.

My Bloom Aura exists to close that gap without removing the human element that women's health care depends on. It was built as an AI coordination platform — not a chatbot bolted onto a website — because clinics need something that can work consistently across supported patient communication channels, working from clinic-approved documents, with the same escalation rules applied in each channel.

The product is deliberately narrow in what it claims to do. It coordinates, communicates and routes, and it passes sensitive, urgent or uncertain cases to the clinic team for human review. It does not diagnose, determine urgency or make clinical decisions — those stay with the clinic's own doctors and nurses, exactly where they belong.

Privacy is not an afterthought in women's health technology — it is the foundation the entire platform is built on. My Bloom Aura's escalation logic is designed to be configured with each clinic's own clinical team rather than set by engineers in isolation. Escalation thresholds and the red-flag rules a clinic chooses to configure (for example severe pelvic pain, unexpected heavy bleeding, post-egg retrieval complications or high fever) are based on that clinic's own protocols, and cases that match them are passed to a human for review.

We chose to specialise in women's health and fertility rather than build a generic medical front desk, because the patient journey here is distinct: multi-month treatment cycles, emotionally sensitive enquiries, and after-hours contact that can be time-critical. A platform built for that context needs to be careful about where automation stops and human review begins.
