1. Acceptance of Terms
These Terms of Service govern the use of My Bloom Aura by clinic customers ("you", "your clinic") who subscribe to the platform, engineered and operated by VisionXY7. By subscribing to or using My Bloom Aura, your clinic agrees to be bound by these terms.
2. Description of Service
My Bloom Aura is an AI Patient Reception and Coordination System for women's health and fertility clinics. It provides multi-channel patient communication, automated booking, structured initial clinical triage, and follow-up coordination. My Bloom Aura is a coordination and communication tool — it does not provide medical diagnosis, treatment recommendations, or clinical decision-making, all of which remain the sole responsibility of the clinic and its qualified clinical staff.
3. Acceptable Use
Your clinic agrees to use My Bloom Aura only for lawful purposes connected to patient reception, coordination, and communication, and to maintain accurate configuration of escalation contacts so that urgent cases are routed to appropriate clinical staff without delay. Your clinic remains responsible for ensuring its own use of the platform complies with applicable healthcare regulation, including CQC requirements where relevant.
4. Clinical Responsibility and Limitation of Liability
All clinical decisions, diagnoses, and treatment plans remain solely the responsibility of the clinic and its licensed clinical staff. My Bloom Aura performs structured triage and routing based on patient input, and defaults to escalation whenever urgency cannot be confidently classified; it is not a substitute for clinical judgement.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, VisionXY7's liability arising from the use of My Bloom Aura is limited to the fees paid by the clinic customer in the twelve months preceding the claim. VisionXY7 is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses.
5. Data Protection
Processing of patient data under these terms is governed by our Privacy Policy and, where applicable, a separate Data Processing Agreement between VisionXY7 and the clinic customer.
6. Termination
Either party may terminate a subscription in accordance with the notice period set out in the applicable order form or service agreement. On termination, VisionXY7 will support the clinic in exporting its data in accordance with the Privacy Policy's retention terms.
7. Governing Law
These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and any disputes arising from them are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
